Entered a request for repair on a Sunday afternoon, and immediately received a response confirming date and time for the following week. Very friendly knowledgeable service technician. I actually required help with my oven but he was able to take a look at the issue with my washing machine also! Would definitely recommend!

  I recently had an issue with my tumble dryer.I found My Appliances Doctor online and called to set up an appointment for two days later with the co-owner Mas.He came over to my apartment and within 15 minutes had identified the problem and fixed it.
