Entered a request for repair on a Sunday afternoon, and immediately received a response confirming date and time for the following week. Very friendly knowledgeable service technician. I actually required help with my oven but he was able to take a look at the issue with my washing machine also! Would definitely recommend!

  I recently had an issue with my tumble dryer.I found My Appliances Doctor online and called to set up an appointment for two days later with the co-owner Mas.He came over to my apartment and within 15 minutes had identified the problem and fixed it. He was not only outstandingly efficient, but he was very knowledgeable and had a great demeanor too. Money well spent. I would highly recommend using his services.
